Make adjustable bracket to allow for belt to be tensioned, and fit alternator with belt. change battery, all light globes, and the coil to 12V.

toss out any 6V radio or devices. Fuel gauge will lie unless changed.



Do NOT overuse the starter or horn, and they will last a good while.



OR



replace battery with 8V [4 cell] custom battery and adjust regulator to suit.
