How do you work the front seat in a 2007 VW Beetle?

I just got a new '07 Beetle but the Owner's Manual was out of date and the dealer had to order one (4 weeks+). I can't figure out how to lean the front seats up to get into the back seat. Can someone give me instructions on how to lean the front seats up?
