I have a 99 vw jetta and the security system has locked my engine?

Does anyone know how i can disable thos myself or what i can do to fix this?? Please help me!I have a 99 vw jetta and the security system has locked my engine?happend to me a few times too except on a 97 dodge... it randomly did it if i hit this button under my seat which would glow red and lock my engine. The only way i could unlock it was to find my security system remote and unlock it by pressing unlock... no not ur car remote but the security system it was seperate on mine. As soon as i hit the unlock button the light went green and the engine started. Hope this works for you too
