How do you change oil in a 2008 VW Jetta?

We have looked through the manuals even searched the web and no luck on how to do this. We have always changed the oil in our cars and this one is about to hit 3000. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated it takes a 30 min plus trip to the car dealership. How do you change oil in a 2008 VW Jetta? In modern days, old oil is removed from cars by using a special machine that sucks out the oil from the pan with a tube that is inserted all the way in to where the dipstick resides, using vacuum, the old oil is sucked out and emptied in to a container on the machine.

However, all cars, to my best of knowledge should have a drain on the bottom of their oil pans that is usually closed with a screw, remove the screw and the oil drains out. To access the oil pan, you might need to remove a metal or plastic shield that covers the bottom front of your car.How do you change oil in a 2008 VW Jetta?theres an oil drain plug and a filter the same on all cars that new of a car have the dealer change it if its under warranty bcuz if ur engine blows out in 50 thousand and u didnt get ur oil changed at the dealership ur warranty will be voidded i knew a guy that worked at a dealer ship for 14years they dnt tell u stuff until it happensHow do you change oil in a 2008 VW Jetta?the dealer , trust me it is a b- - - -How do you change oil in a 2008 VW Jetta?
