if theres a 'pump thing' on the filter.. you can give that a squeeze till it feels like its pumping...
but the main thing to do is open up a couple of injector pipes.. theses are on the cyl head.. and are usually 17 mill size
once opened.... tow the vehicle for a while.. until it starts to judder, then stop and tighten them up again... only need to open one or two of them... if you got a good battery, you can do this without towing it... but do put a charger to the batts to help you along98-99 VW Polo run out of diesel and it will not start.How do i bleed the fuel.?The injection pump has a bleeder that you attach a vacuum pump to to bleed the system.

Locate the fuel filter
