Where is the ashtray/power outlet for phone chargers in the VW 2009 Jetta Sedan?

Anyone know? I cannot find it. Its suposed to be some kind of "non smoker package" compartment with an AC power adapter for phone chargers.Where is the ashtray/power outlet for phone chargers in the VW 2009 Jetta Sedan?mine is below the radio, right next to the compartment where i keep change. but i don't have a 2009 jetta. mine is a couple years older.
